Hints:
Level 1 - City level
Stay behind trees and wait for agents to show themselves before you attack. Running out in the open will only get you killed in the more difficult skill levels. Use the grenades to clear out rooms before you enter.
Want help solving the city level? Grab the green key on the second floor of the restaurant. Activate the green switch (all switches are on the building in the center of the city). This opens the door to the agent headquarters. The yellow key is in the room to the left. Activate the yellow switch. This opens the cemetery gate. The red key is in the back of the cemetery. Activate the red switch. This lowers the gate in front of the stone temple. From directly in front of the stone temple, as close as possible, press the space bar. The secret entrance to the underground complex is located here. Just step in to go to the next level.
Level 2 - Guard Station
Grenades really help in this level, but try to conserve your supply. Use the barrels and blue power cells for extra explosive energy. The green key is located on a platform in the room with red walls, just past the first door. To get on the platform go to the end of the room opposite the door. Press the space bar to activate the gray lift. Step on the lift. After it goes back up walk to the corner closest to the platform. Be careful not to fall off. Now hold down the shift key to run and move towards the platform. Its really not that hard. Just remember to hold down the shift key to run.
The yellow key is behind the green door in the room with all the pyramid structures. Once you have the yellow key you'll need to get up to the platform where the yellow door is. To do this blow up the power cell on the top of pyramid at the end of the platform then run up the pyramid, over the destroyed power cell and towards the yellow door. From the platform you can run across to the catwalk also. Open the yellow door, walk through and toward the edge. When you get close enough to the edge a walkway will come out of the opposite wall towards you. Wait until it is fully extended then walk across to the second yellow door. The red key is behind it (as well as a bunch of robots). Go back to the red walled room (just step off the walkway and open the white door). Behind the red door is the exit (and more robots).
Level 3 - Robot Factory
In the first room with the power cells and robots, the best way to get all the robots is using the grenades. First, run into the room all the way to the opposite end then run back to where you started. You'll need to run around the robots as they try to grab you. From the starting point, turn around and toss a grenade onto the first power cell. This will take out most of the pursuing robots. If you get in trouble just run to the opposite end of the room.
Proceed down the green corridor into the next room, clear it out, then down the gray corridor. At the end of the gray corridor is a large room with what appears to be many tiny lifts and a lot of robots. Only two of these tiny lifts work. You can determine which ones by looking up at the ceiling. You'll notice a hole above one and a passage above the another. You could do either one first, but I'll start with the one below the hole in the ceiling.
Step onto the lift below the hole. Press the spacebar to activate the lift. Step off when it reaches the top. Proceed down the corridor until you get to another room. Most of this room is occupied by a large gray lift. You'll notice another corridor across the room at a lower level. The green key is there. You'll also be able to see the red key through a grate, but you can't get it yet. Below that corridor is another leading to the green door. Open the green door and walk through.
The passage to the right leads to some secret areas. The gray steel passage to the left leads to another room with two tiny lifts, some power cells, a red door, and of course, robots. Use a grenade to destroy the power cells. They will chain react and destroy all the robots in the room. Be careful, however, there may be robots still alive on the catwalk above you. To get to the catwalk step on the tiny lift (only one works) and press the spacebar. At the top, walk through the narrow passage onto the catwalk. Run off the catwalk to the alcove where the red key is. Open the red door and step through.
You'll come to a robot "head" assembly area. Looks like there's nobody around eh? Well look behind you. Open the next door and walk through. Take out the robots standing above the lift. Get on the lift to up to the next level. Directly ahead is a power cell in front of a large brown panel. Blow up the power cell and the exit is there.
But wait! What about the yellow key?! Well, that represents the other way to solve this level. But I'll let you work that out on your own. This section is getting waaaay too long!
Level 4 - Power Station
Kill the bees then go through the white door through the short passage (take notice of the red door on the right, that's the exit) and into a room with two large red pulsing power tubes. Go over to the gray lift and ride it up to the top. Go through the wide corridor to the neighboring large room. Battle the robots and bees then hit the switch on the blue center section. Ride it down to the bottom. Now turn around and you'll see another switch directly behind you. Hit it to open the next passage. Hit the blue panel switch again to go back up. Turn around and notice the now open passage. Step into this passage and you'll see a small room with a floor far below.
First drop a couple grenades down there to kill the robots then step off into the room. If you land as far as possible towards the other end of the room you'll avoid triggering a trap which will release more robots. Grab the green key and open the green steel door.
Walk down the corridor until you get to the green lighted door. Open it and step through. On the wall to the right are four switches. Activate the first and third switch (the first switch being the one closest to you when you are just coming into the room). This opens the passage to the next room. Go through to a large room with two long red power tubes and a small lift at one end. Take the lift up and grab the yellow key.
Step off into the corridor and go back through the lighted green door. Now maybe you noticed the secret door in the starting room which opens every time you pass through the green door? Just past the switches to the left is the yellow door. Open it and step through.
The passage opens into a very high ceiling. You'll probably also notice some robots above you. If you look carefully you'll also see a gray power cell up there. Blow up that power cell to cause a large chain reaction explosion which will destroy just about everything up there. Now, hit the switch at the end of the corridor. You'll find that your standing on a very large lift. When it reaches the top, go down the passage, past the control room, around the corner, up the ramp, and back into a large room. Find the red key and step off into the large room.
Find your way back to the red door and your home free.
Level 5 - Clone Lab
In the first room there is a lift on one corner of the pedestal furthest from the large door. Take this lift up to the catwalks and you will find the green key in a small open room at the other end. Step off the catwalk back to the ground level and open the green door.
Step inside then take a right to the end of the passage. Blow up the power cell. Use the remaining nub to step onto the ledge running along the glass tanks. Walk the ledge to the other end and open the gray door. Step through.
Follow the passage until you reach the yellow door. Take the passage to the right just before the yellow door then take the first left. There are three dead ends here. The one to the left contains the yellow key. Go back to the yellow door and open it.
In the back of this room is a six sided structure. In the rear of this structure is a opening leading to what appears to be a dead end. At that point is a lift which will take you down to a small passage. At the other end of the small passage is another lift to take you back up. You will now find yourself in another passage with some glass tanks and another yellow door. Open the yellow door and go through.
Follow the passage until it opens into a room. Walk to the other end of the room and a wall will suddenly open revealing another passage. At the end of this passage is a panel marked "Danger Don't Open." Open it, there is a bazooka and ammo there. Just before the secret panel is a room with a large lift. Destroy the power cell and step up onto it. Now activate the lift. When it comes down you will be able to step onto it using the power cell nub. When the lift reaches the top, walk into the adjoining passage. On the left side of the passage you may notice the agent clones receiving their programming. Keep going until you get to the end of the passage.
Here you will find a very tall lift in the center of a shaft with rooms at various levels. Jump down into the shaft and activate the lift. Ride the lift to the very top. There you will find the red key. Go back to the bottom of the shaft and you will find a red door. Open it and the exit is just around the corner.
Level 6 - Hives
Solving this level involves requires killing a lot of bees. If you haven't mastered the art of bee destruction, here is a big hint: don't let them get too close! If you do, the bee will fly around your head stinging and biting until you turn into a festering puss bag. They are almost impossible to hit once they are that close. Shoot them while they are still several meters away or in another room. If they get close, run. It sometimes works to run while dropping grenades. The pursing bees often get caught in the explosion, but this method isn't recommended unless you have a lot of grenades.
Now, from the starting point, take the right door and pick up supplies then back to the starting point. Now take the door on the left. Continue from chamber to chamber, battling the bees, until you reach the chamber with the green door. Enter the cave with the large hexagonal entrance. Go to the end and take a right. The green key is at the end. Open the green door and step through. The door to the right leads to a lift. Take the lift up to the next level.
There are two doors leading from the first chamber. Take the one on the right. After stepping into this chamber you'll notice a honey covered passage on the right leading to a large room. Follow this short passage until you reach the large room. Looking down you may notice that the floor is all the way back on the first level. If you fall, there is a passage that leads back to the lift on the first level, so don't worry. Now run (meaning hold down the shift key) to the pillar on the left, then run across the other pillar to the small alcove where a switch is located. Activate the switch to extend the bridge. Run onto the bridge and pick up the yellow key. At this point you may want to hit the switch again to retract the bridge and go back out the way you came in, but unless you can kill all the bees you released by extending the bridge, you may find its easier to jump down to the first level and run like hell!
However things worked out, find your way back to the chamber on the second level where you started. Take the door to the left this time and you'll find the yellow door. Open it and step through. Continue to the next chamber and you'll find another lift. Ride it up to the third level.
The layout of the third level is similar to the first. Take the right door and pick up supplies then back to the starting point. Now take the door on the left. Continue from chamber to chamber, battling the bees, until you reach the chamber with the red door. Enter the small room on the left. Hit the switch on the central structure and ride it to the bottom. Go to the opposite side and you'll find a small passage leading to the red key. Go back around to the other side and hit the switch again to go back up. Go back to the red door. Open it and step through. Behind the red door is a lift. Take this lift up to the fourth level.
From the chamber with the lift, take the right door and pick up supplies then back to the starting point. Now take the door on the left. In the next chamber you'll find the exit.
Level 7 - Hatchery
This where the aliens have been experimenting with one of the most perfect life forms on earth, the bees. Lots of stuff to destroy here.
You start in a corridor with a door at one end. Open the door and proceed into the larvae examination room. You will be greeted by several angry bees and wasps. Exit via the brown corridor to a large room with many purple larvae tanks.
To the left is a passage leading to an elevator. Take this elevator to the control room. Break the control room window then step out the window so you land on top of the larvae tank on the right below you. Walk across the larvae tank to the larvae tank with the hand rails. It will rise into the ceiling. When it reaches the top, step off and walk down the corridor until it ends. There is a hole in the floor there. Step into the hole and you will land almost on top of the green key. Pick up the green key and walk off the platform at the other end to the ground floor.
Take the passage opposite the elevator to the green door. Open the green door. The passage leads to another larvae examination room. There bees here too, but they are small and very difficult to shoot. Be ready to throw grenades and retreat as much as required. The shotgun or machine gun can also be used to kill these small bees, but remember to keep moving. If you just stand there and shoot, they'll get you in no time.
You may notice a single larva wriggling on the floor near the examination table. Use this larva as a step to get on the table and pick up the yellow key.
Open the yellow door and step through. Notice the red door in front of you and the room to the left. Enter the room to the left and be ready to rock-and-roll. Lots of zombie like clones tending the machines here. The last room has a bunch of wasps that drop down from the ceiling, so be careful. It also has some agents around the corner and some aliens on catwalks above you. Watch out for the aliens. They use mental powers to kill you. If they can see you they can kill you. Its best to use grenades here. Just bounce them off the walls upwards toward the offending aliens approximate position. If you're good enough, you can also just pop in for a split second, take a shot, them back out. This technique also works well.
Once you've cleared out that last room, you may notice a switch on the wall, just to the right when you first enter the room. Press that switch and a set of stairs will deploy on the opposite side of the room. When they are completely extended, walk up them to get the red key above. Go back to the red door and open it.
Go through the red door into the next room. At the end of this room is a narrow dark passage. Take it to a small room with an elevator. Take the elevator to the top. When you exit the elevator you'll notice what look like a set of small brown doors. It's actually a secret entrance to one of the alien's master planning offices. But you won't find aliens in these offices, just lots of agents. Don't worry, you'll get exposed to a lot more aliens in the next level. And of course, there is a secret exit. On the opposite side of the office is a pair of file cabinets which open to reveal the exit to the next level.
Level 8 - Meat Processing Plant
Aliens get hungry too you know. And this is where they go. There are more aliens here than any previous level. Sharpen your alien attack skills on this level because it doesn't get any easier!
You start in a small room with blood stained steel walls and the occasional hanging animal carcass. Move forward and take the passage to the left leading to a larger room. In the far corner of this room is a tiny room with a machine gun, ammo, and the green key. Leave the tiny room and go right, back the way you came, until you come to the entrance to a twisting passage leading to a white door. Open it and step through.
To the left you'll notice a red door. Go right and follow the wall until you reach the green door. Open it and step through. Go down the hall and make a left. Notice cattle pens on either side of the corridor. Notice how easy it is to die here if your not careful. The aliens mental powers have tremendous range. Notice a switch on the far wall as you enter the second set of pens. Activate the switch and proceed to the third set of pens. The center pen on the left opens. In the center of the pen is the yellow key. A passage behind the pen also opens and leads to the pit past the third set of pens. Jump into this pit to pick up lots of ammo, weapons, etc. Stand next to the square pillar and press the space bar. When the pillar lowers, step onto it and ride it back up.
Exit this area back through the green door, into the small room, over to the opposite corner through the white door and back to the room where you started. From the starting point go left again, just like before, but this time, just before you enter the big room with the tiny room, take the passage to the left and open the yellow door. Step through and make turn left into a passage with hanging carcasses on either side. At the end of the passage is an elevator. Ride the elevator up and step off on the second floor. Pick up the red key. Activate the elevator button if its in the way and return to the ground level. Now go back the way you came to the starting point. Go back through the twisting passage to the white door and step through. Remember the red door to the left? Open it and step through.
Follow the passage to a another door. Open it and step into a room with a slanted floor and a grate in the center. Stand on the grate and press the space bar. When it reaches the bottom step off into the swirling pool of bloody muck. You may occasionally see a blood snake pop up. Don't worry, they're harmless, but they should be blasted anyway. Who knows what they may grow up to be? Anyway, exit the room down the only passage and into another large room with a large structure in the center. Stand between the front pillars and walk left or right up the stairs hiding under the muck. Now proceed up the next set of stairs to the lift. Activate the lift and ride it to the top. Step off and stand directly in front of the candles. Press the space bar to notice a bridge extending toward and a passage opening to the right. The passage leads to the exit to the next level.
